Here are the pictures of my apprentices that I have on display at the "Taking the Long View" Exhibit at the IFCC. Our opening night was tonight and there were lots of people there! One of the local news teams was supposed to come by the gallery at 5:00 this morning, but they canceled because they had to cover the snow instead...

Portland Art Museum Beaux Arts Ball

Portlanders are generally quite timid about dressing up for a costume ball, but folks really went all out for this one. And the performances were perfect for the occasion. Poison Waters is definitely one of the best Mistresses of Ceremonies in town and Vagabond Opera played just the right tunes.

Black United Fund Community Unity Banquet

Every year, the Black United Fund is able to help more and more students achieve their college dreams. This is a very inspirational event. And the "Dancing with the Stars" performances were a lot of fun!

SMART Breakfast

SMART supporters such as Congressman Earl Blumenauer showed up bright and early for a lovely fundraising breakfast at the Governor Hotel. No green breakfast foods were served.

Join us for Last Thursday at the Interstate Firehouse Cultural Center and see the photos that my apprentices and I have been working on for the past month. The opening party will take place from 5-7:30pm on Thursday, February 26th.

Portland State University Athletics Wine and Roses Auction

Having the student athletes serve as volunteers for this event was a great idea. Rogue Brewing created a special IPA just for Portland State and each guest received a bottle of this limited edition brew.

7 Deadly Sins Party

There is nobetter way to spend Friday the 13th than with NARAL Pro-Choice Oregon. DJ Anjali was fabulous as usual and the Batgirl burlesque dancing was a lot of fun...
