This was my fifth year to photograph winemaker dinners for the Classic Wines Auction. I truly enjoy checking out Portland's swanky restaurants and photographing the chefs in action.

Hong Kong - Tian Tan Buddha

The Tian Tan Buddha was the world's tallest outdoor bronze seated Buddha prior to 2007.

Hong Kong - Po Lin Monastery

One guide book described the Po Lin Monastery as a "must do" place to pray. The quantity of incense being burned was impressive.

Hong Kong - Ocean Park Pandas

Hong Kong - Year of the Rabbit

We arrived in Hong Kong just as the celebrations for the Year of the Rabbit were finishing up. The rabbits, orange trees and chrysanthemums were being thrown away...

Hong Kong - Nan Lian Garden

The Nan Lian garden was inspiring. I can only imagine how much work it took to keep the trees pruned so precisely...
